• Identify trained, qualified and experienced overseas nursing professionals to work as Senior Carers


• Arrange interviews based on shortlisted CV’s - Skype / WhatsApp / Zoom - as per employer choice


• Selection of appropriate candidates


• Verification of ID, qualification, experience


• Ensure – Language skills, police clearance, medical


• Support with COS administration and right to work


• Engage our immigration solicitor where needed, to assist candidates with visa


• Travel, airport meet and greet, drop off to employer address


• Liaise with employer to arrange the initial accommodation


• Book the 2 covid tests – day 2 and day 8 tests
